i have a big problem with upwork!!!
I singed up to upwork then i chose my payment option as a payoneer. But suddenly a message showed up top of the site. I attached the image, you can look.
I don't want payoneer to send me a payoneer Mastercard. I just want to receive money to my payoneer account then I transfer it to my local bank account.
So what should I do guys please help???

    Hi Caner,

    If you already have a Payoneer balance account and you do not want the card, no worries, just make sure to select "Already have a Payoneer account?" so the Upwork account will be added to your Payoneer one without having a card ordered.

    Upwork cards are only ordered when applying for a brand new Payoneer account through Upwork. As long as you applied for a Payoneer balance account and added your Upwork funding source afterwards, you will be able to transfer the funds directly to your bank without needing the card.

    Happy and willing to answer general questions.

    For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.

    @iamsaadatkhan Hello,

    Please be advised you already have a regular Payoneer balance account. There is no card linked on your account.

    Thank you.
