Payoneer Amazon refund missing

Hi, I used an old card expiring on May 2017 to buy a product on amazon. Then I cancelled and the refund was accepted by Amazon on June. Meanwhile the card has expired. The email I received from Amazon in 24 June told me that "the amount will be refunded to the account associated with my payment method and will be visible once the refund has been processed by my bank, as the refund may only appear within 7 working days. Until now (more than 10 days after), I haven't received anything.
Does this mean that the refund is gone ? What should I do ?

    If Amazon is attempting to refund you on a card which is no longer active, they will be able to do so. However, you will need to ensure that the amount which was refunded has transferred to the new card which has replaced the expired one.

    In my opinion, it's best to contact Payoneer Support in this case so that if the refunded amount was not transferred to the new card automatically, they can transfer it for you manually.
