Payment issue on Payoneer

Hello Payoneer Support

Yesterday I Withdrawal my Money Upwork to Payoneer account.

But I did not receive yet any money on my payoneer account and also I did not receive any confirmation message from payoneer to load my money.

But Upwork account say we send money to payoneer account already.

I am very stress about that.

* Main Reason: Please Note:

1. First I withdrawal (Send) my Money to Upwork account to Payoneer account.

2. And after one hours I active my (New Payoneer card) because my old payoneer card is cancel when i active my new card. But I did not receive any confirmation message to load my money. And my Upwork account balance is empty.

Please solve my this serious issue.

    Usually, when a payment is sent from a company which works with Payoneer, the time it can take for the funds to be on your account can vary between a few hours and a few business days. Keep in mind that if payments are sent before the weekends, this can delay the time it takes for a payment to be processed.

    If Upwork has confirmed that they have sent you the payment and you still do not see the funds in your Payoneer account, I recommend contacting Payoneer Support so that they can investigate this for you. In order speed up the process, you can send a screenshot of the payment in your Upwork account and a screenshot of your correspondence with Upwork where they have confirmed that the funds were transferred to your Payoneer account.

    Tomorrow I Withdrawal my Money UBL Mastercard to Payoneer account.
    and showing for massage Payment Under Review
    But I did not receive yet any money on my payoneer account
    Please solve my this issue.

    Payments received through Payoneer are subjected to a short review, after which they are made available in your balance. You can contact Payoneer support to check up on the status of the review and see if any additional is required prior to it being loaded to your account.
