Payment Status - Processing Card Load

Hi,
I withdraw money from fiverr to payoneer account using bank transfer option on fiverr. I have seen drawn completed on fiverr and also seeing payment in payment history in my payoneer account.
But my payoneer balance is $0 and payment status is 'Processing Card Load'.
Whats the problem?

    For many of our partner, Fiverr included, Payoneer offers the option to chose the payment loading time between immediate & standard load. In choosing standard load, the payment is loaded within two business days while it takes two hours for the payment to be loaded when it is immediate.

    Make sure your loading time is immediate and not standard.

    In that case we also suggest to make sure with the support center that any additional document is required to transfer the payment.

    How to determine loading time in my case. I just used 'Bank Transfer' option in fiverr then I' m just seeing 'Processing Card Load' in my payoneer account.
    I have no idea about immediate and standard transfer.
    Plus I'm unable to contact support center via live chat.

    Hello, I currently have the same problem with my payoneer. How can you help me as I've tried to contact payoneer bt I can't reach them. Kindly give me their email or assist in such a situation
