How can I add my Payooneer card as a payment method on TURBOSQUID.com

Greetings, I'm trying to add my Payoneer card as a paymen method on turbo squid but the only choice for an existing account is to create a new bank account.

How can I solve this or there is a work around?

    I'll contact them, i thought that as the turbosquid site sends you to the payoneer one to select payment method the issue was on this side.
