    > The reason you are unable to see the option to order a card is because there have been some changes recently for new Payoneer applicants. The default option to access your funds on your Payoneer account is through the "Withdraw" tab on the account, which allows you to transfer the funds to your local bank account.

    > You have the option to order the card free of charge, but there is a minimum payment requirement. Once you have received at least $30 in payments, you will have the option to order a USD card from your online account. Of course ordering the card is optional should you require it.

Hello. I'm a foreigner living in Japan.
I've created the account in Japan, in the same time with a friend from Singapore. He had the Order card button, ordered it already, I didn't. Why does the"new applicants" policy apply discriminatory?

    Dear Payoneer Community Administrator,

I have received $500 in payments, but Order Card option is not yet available in my Payoneer account menu. Can you please let me know when I will have the option available?

I have transferred $56 to my Payoneer from my Fiverr account but I didn't get the card order option yet. How can I order a Payoneer card?

The default option for accessing your funds is to withdraw to your local bank account. The option to order a USD card will become available in your account once you have earned your first $100.

    Hello
I'm going through the same problem. I have $ 59.54 in balance, but I can not request my card.

What do you mean by "... The option to order USD card will become available on your account once you have earned your first $ 100."
Do I have to receive balance over $ 100?

Why the message that appears is that I can only request the card after receiving $ 30 and I have the balance and I can not request for the card?

Thanks for the answer, but then how do I get the prepaid card?
From where do I have to send the 30 dollars to get a prepaid card? Because you say you can't do it with another user's payment.

In this Q&A the Payoneer Admin replying again and again, "The default option for accessing your funds is to withdraw to your local bank account. The option to order a USD card will become available in your account once you have earned your first $100." Are brother, "Many users here telling I have reached 100$ already. Still, I can't order the card". So admin sir, why you are replying the same answer again and again. Reply why we can't order card even after reach 100$. Lol

Hello everyone! When it comes to gaining eligibility to order the card, it is important to keep in mind that the source of your payment is also considered. Please refer to this support center topic: Account with card FAQ. Under the section "How do I know if I am eligible to order a Payoneer prepaid Mastercard?" It is explained that in-network payments (Make a Payment) and payments from e-wallets such as Paypal or Skrill do not apply to this eligibility. This means your payment needs to originate from a client or company via the Billing service/global payment service, or from a mass payout company that we currently partner with.
