withdrawal menu missing ? How can I enable it?

im from sri lanka . i want chanhe my bank account details . but in my account i can see only peyment history only . i missing withdrawanl menu ... why ? how i can get it ? what i can do it ?

    One of the reason would be as if your account is still not approved, in that case, you won't be able to see the option to change or add new bank details but only when your account will be approved.

    A few days after finishing your registration, a confirmation email should have been sent to you unless some document or information are still missing in order to approve your account. We suggest you to check your inbox and verify if you received an email from the Customer support to ask you for additional Information to approve your account.
