payment issue and non-responsive payoneer customer support

hi... is there anyone here from payoneer customer support, please look into my issue.
on 9 july 2017 i had sent an amount of $158 from my fiverr account to my payoneer account. I got the good new message saying that " you have received payment of $158 from fiverr, choose a method to load payment to your master card" .

so i chose the standard method which take 2-3 bussiness day but today it has been almost 10 days but i did not receive my money. My account balance is showing $0 .
I reported this issue to the payoneer customer care , i have sent alot of messages to them but no reply from their side . i even contacted fiverr and they said the payment is already sent to payoneer.
please help me , when i am gonna get my payment???
i badly need my money:(

    thank you for your reply , finally i got an email from payoneer customer care earlier this morning and they solved my issue after the verification of some documents.
