If your card is expired, then you will need to order a new replacement card so you can begin accessing your payments again. You should see at the top of the page in your Payoneer account a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card. If you do not see the message or if you are having difficulty utilizing it, contact Payoneer support for assistance with your card reorder.
In regards to receiving payments, for the most part you should have no trouble receiving payments even if you have an expired card, however in rare cases you will need to have a new card ordered before you can receive payments once more, which is why contacting Payoneer support would be the way to go to in order to receive further guidance for this particular situation.
