card is blocked!

Hi All,

I opened my Payoneer account (Customer id 22444543) on 22/06 and the card sent via regular email,while that i received couple payments on my account before i activate the card,yesterday i checked on my account dashboard and i can see the card is blocked(which i didn't receive it yet) beside all other options on the account disabled and i can see only the balance,i made a phone call to Payonner and they told me i should receive an email with details about this issue ,but i still didn't receive any,Live Chat said the same wait your email !!!

But i checked on community old posts which had the same issue card block and what i see from their replies none of them received an email after their card been blocked !! so Payoneer tell me should i forget my money?i don't want to wait for months just for nothing !!
