Billing Service. Payment declined by technical error. 3 weeks left, still not returned.
In the end of june someone send me payment throw billing service. And it's declined in this day.
I asked why it's declined, and got answer, that it was technical error.
It's left 3 weeks after payment declined, and payeer send me message that he still not recived refund.
I asked support in chat 2 days ago - when it will be returned, but still no unswer.
Hello!!! When money will return to payeer ???
Btw, in the first letter I was suggested to try make payment one more time. Quite scary to make payment and get problems like I already have - when payment declined, and still (3 weeks left after it's marked as Decliened) not returned.
