Payment issue and non-responsive payoneer customer support

hi... is there anyone here from payoneer customer support, please look into my issue.
on 18 july 2017 i receive an amount of $$213.07 from my Quiz Group Partner to my payoneer account. I got the good new message saying that " you have received payment of $213.07 from Quiz Group, I was charged loaded payment fee for 3$ to transfer in my bankaccount" .

We’re happy to let you know that your transfer is now being processed. Your funds will reach your bank account within 4 business days. The amount below includes all the funds you received since the previous transfer to your bank account. but today it has been almost 8 days but i did not receive my money. My account balance is showing $0 . I reported this issue to the payoneer customer care , i have sent alot of messages to them but no reply from their side . i even contacted Quiz Group and they said the payment is already sent to payoneer.
please help me , when i am gonna get my payment???
i badly need my money:(
