Freelancer.com global payment system

Hai,

I have payoneer account but for a long time I am not using it. Now I am a freelancer at freelancer.com and upwork.com.

I made a choise that using payoneer as my payment received. Just want to confirm,can I used global payment system at freelancer.com and upwork.com?

I have submit the document at "Questionnaire". I have made a mistake upload the document. I have better picture driver license but I can't add more.

Need assistant here
