Payoneer card is about to expire !

my card is about to expire on 09/17 i received a message to reissue a new one, i filled it with the information required then i receive an email saying "Thank you for your interest in Payoneer’s global payment platform. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the service that you applied for in your country of residence. "
