Cannot log in to the account

"One or more details are incorrect"

That is the error we are receiving by my friend. We just logged in 2 days ago. We need to log in today to transfer payment from our local atm bank here in the Philippines. We already reset our password twice but still, the same problem occurs. Please help.

    i account got locked 2 times :smiley: , i can't reset my password because the phone number is not updated.

    I haven't received any response from the Support team and I still can't access my account. Does anybody know how we can get in touch with them aside through email?

    :) :) i have the same problem , i have tried to acces my account and i received the same answer, one or more details are incorect , i have tried to reset my password and i did not received the link via email. I have also submitted a request but i have only received a refernce number. It is someone going to help us.
