Totally frustrated that I can't reset my password and can't get a human to help

About a week ago I signed up for a card through airbnb. When trying to log into payoneer it wouldn't let me, saying something like the username or password is wrong. I went to reset the password and it asked my email address phone and date of birth.

Naturally I know these things and put them in. It told me that my details weren't correct, although of course they were.

So I submitted a ticket to support, explaining the problem in detail, and 4 days later someone wrote to me suggesting that I reset my password! You can imagine my frustration, so I reiterated that I had already tried that (I tried it again too, just to be sure), and waited another 3 days for the latest reply, which, yep you guessed it, suggested I reset my password.

I can't get on live chat because that tells me to log in, and I can't log in.

I'm about ready to throw my computer in the garbage.

Can someone from Payoneer please help?

    Try another browser. Chrome doesn't work for me since July. I'm using Edge to log in.
