Payoneer customer service does not respond to customers

Dear Scott Galit,
I am contacting you because I never get any response from your customer service team. Either I have to wait on the phone for ages, no answer, send them an email, no answer.
The last email was sent over 1 week ago - still no answer.
When dealing with people's assets you really need to have great customer service available, ready to help. But there is no one. Please help!
