Global payment service confirmation still pending

It's been more than a week since i sent my info (ID and the questions and all..) but my payments i still don't have any respond regarding the matter.
Is it because i did something wrong or does it usually take this long (because i read that it would take 3 days max)
My client ID is 16862963 if needed.

    Hello .
    I received one payment over global payment services. After payoneer payment department asked few things which I already answered. But still do not received any reply and my fund still hold .it's passed 8 days .
    If it is not applicable for loaded my account then why not payoneer return back the money to sender . Why payoneer hold this after answer theirs questions.

    As it was previously advised, "the documents can take up to a few business days to be reviewed by Payoneer's Account Approval Team" . Also keep in mind that the payment team may require from the loader to provide additional information and it is important to make sure the information is provided on time in order to avoid any delay. Payoneer doesn't hold the payment, they do have to verify some information before transferring the payment to your account and this is done in order to ensure the security of your funds and your account.
    If the payment is on hold, it can be that some details are yet to be provided, it is better to contact our Customer Care in order to verify if something is missing.
