Just a few moments ago status changed from: payment waiting for approval to: missing information, please contact customer support...

So i have contacetd to Payoneer, after a wait of almost 2 hours in live chat, just to read what the representative wrote: this status means you have to contact us if you have a question... what ¡?¡?¡?¡?¡?¡?¡?¡?¡?

So i don´t know whats going on, a friend of mine have 2 payments approved in no more than 5 minutes and his account was opened a week later than mine. I sent all info requested and nobody can´t tell how long the reviw will take, what i have to do, or what they will do, so, at this point the only thing i have to say is HEEEEELP
