Use Payoneer in Angola

Hi all,
I have searched on Payoneer web site to see if the service is available for Angola. The answer was 'no' but...

I have read on this community that for countries not listed we can still use Payoneer to receive payments for services we sell but the only available option for withdrawal money is by linking a local bank account and receive the amounts in USD or EUR.

So, i am confused. I am allowed to receive wire transfers from both USD/EUR in mu country, but Angola is not listed as a country were Payoneer is available...

Can I still open a Payoneer account and link my local bank account? If not, what are the alternatives for using Payoneer from Angola... perhaps pre-paid cards. Please advise.

Hi there,

Our service is available in Angola and signing up with your bank account details is part of the registration process which sets up your default withdrawal method. The reason USD or EUR transfers are offered is because the option to deposit the funds in the local currency is not yet supported, however Payoneer is working to include this in the future.

Once you started receiving payments through the account, the option to order the prepaid card will become available so you can have immediate access to your funds.

If you do not see Angola when signing up, make sure that you are applying from an IP address in Angola. If you are outside the country currently or if you are using a proxy to mask your IP, this would explain why you do not see your country.
