When I try to make payment request I can't find Israel?

Hi,
Last month I did the same thing and got paid from my company which is in Israel. But this month when I try to make a payment request there's no "Israel" in country list. I already contact with help center but still they don't give me any solution. How can I get I solve the problem?
I country list there's only country which is support usd is USA!

    It sounds like the Billing Service for credit card payments may not be working for you. I recommend you contact Payoneer support to have the credit card payment option enabled in order to be able to request payments from clients in Israel and other countries.
