Payment Status missing information??

I have this message in my payment status: "Missing information, please contact Customer Support". What is that means? it is something to be worried about it or I just need to wait respond from Customer Support?

    Most likely Payoneer requires additional information to be verified before they can credit the funds to the account. This information can be in relations to the merchant application form or additional information required to validate your identity.

    What information is needed though? when the payment is going to be loaded? send me an email and will provide any information Payoneer needs so I can get my money as soon as possible

    An email may have already been sent to you if that is the case. If you are unable to locate it, you will need to contact Payoneer support directly in order for them to assist you in processing your payment.
