Wrong PIN at ATM

1. Hello recently I have entered an incorrect PIN for 3 times at the ATM machine. I could no longer proceed to withdraw funds from the ATM machine. I have changed my PIN to a new PIN from my online account. What should I do next?

2. What category does my account belong to?
i) Credit card account
ii) Savings account
iii) Current account

    Hi Wolrine,

    First off, if you had 3 failed ATM withdrawal attempts in under 24 hours, please know that there is a temporary block on the card. I recommend you wait at least 24 hours from the hour of the last attempt before trying again. These blocks cannot be manually lifted.

    As for which subject to choose, this can change for each ATM. So while I can't really tell you which one to choose, I can tell you NOT to choose "Saving" as this will not work.
