Payoneer Telephone Support Maintenance

In our efforts to continue providing the best support available, Payoneer’s telephone support system will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on Sunday Janurary 27th, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST. During this time, our customer support department may be unavailable via telephone.

 

All Payoneer services will remain fully functional throughout the maintenance, which includes access to your My Account page and our auto-support tool at http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx. For urgent issues, such as a lost or stolen card, please leave a voice message and our customer support department will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience while we work towards upgrading our system.
