One payoneer card can use 2 members of 99designs?

I have some money on 99designs, and I want to withdraw my funds (Very needed, urgently) by my friend's "Payoneer Card", he is also a designer of 99designs.
Is that possible to do?

    We recommend you to have your 99Design founding source linked to your own Payoneer account.

    Also keep in mind that in case you require any assistance regarding your own funding source but it is linked to your friend's account, the support center needs first to communicate with him because he is the one the account belongs to.

    I don't think you can do that, because each card is linked with its own account balance.

    However I'm not completely sure about this...
