Waiting for a month for EUR balance account?


I basically lost any hope to get this solved via support, so trying my luck here.

I have Payoneer USD account for many years and I've requested to add EUR balance to it almost a month ago. I've talked to support six times now (chat and ticket), but it's not going forward and the most irritating fact is that every time I get the same answer: "it will be solved in a few days".

I understand that obviously nobody really cares but I was wondering if I have a chance to get that resolved or could I at least have a "no" as an answer?

I also wanted to file a complaint with the management but was told Payoneer doesn't have this option.
Which pretty much explains why my case is handled the way it is.
