How can i receive money into my payoneer I feel my customer wants to pay by using Credit/Debit card?

    Hello Faadmir,
    There are several ways through which you can receive money into your payoneer account. But since you said your customer intends using a credit or debit card to pay you, I think I should explain the steps for that option. All you have to do is send a payment request to your customer from your account's dashboard. All you need to do is provide your customer's email and payoneer will email him and take it up from there. They will direct him on how to pay you with his card. Yours is just to wait for the notification when he has paid. I hope this answers your question.

    Im a new payonner user. I'm interested in the option of "payment request". The problem is that I don't have this option on my dashboard can n you help me with that issue.

    Why I can't request payment from my customer? I don't see a request option.

    It was the first time on April 26th when I used my account and sent invoice to my customer for payment. He paid using his credit card on same day, but payment did not reflect into my account. Upon chatting with customer support he told me that we have sent you an e-mail with some questions, you need to reply for us to better understand your nature of business. This I have already replied and around 10 days passed by it show that the payment is under review.

    Can anybody tell me how long it takes for payment to be credited in account? I am helpless and can't ship the goods to my customer unless payment is credited into my account.

    If there is a problem and Payoneer is not satisfied with this transaction, the payment should be immediately refunded immediately to my customer enabling us to find another solution for the same.

    Need help and detailed answer.

    We are sorry to hear about your experience, in some cases the payment is pending when additional information or documents are requested by the payment department in order to review the sources of the payment. Make sure, your client or you have provided all the necessary information, and also please contact the support in order to verify the status of your payment. You can also reach the support via social media channels by sending a private message if needed!
