Haven't received payment to local bank

More than 5 days have passed and my funds have not yet arrived. What should I do?

    So I got an email from payoneer saying that I have received the funds in my bank account. It says "Transaction Status: Processed and Loaded". But my bank account does not show the additional funds. What is going on here? Why is payoneer claiming to have sent my funds to my bank account when in fact they are not in my bank account.

    Hi there,

    I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your funds.

    When Payoneer transfers funds from your Payoneer Balance to your local bank account, it take between 3-5 business days before the funds reflect in your account balance. That being said, occasionally, slight delays can be caused due to weekends or holidays.

    If you that it has been over 5 business days and your funds have not been received, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Team right away and they will assist you in locating the funds.
