Not Receive Email Card Comfirmation Shipping

Hello,

My account has been approved, but to this day I have not received an email about the card. Is there anything lacking in the requirements I provide? Please help to answer, Thanks.

    Hello, Usually, the default option to access payouts is by withdrawing them to the bank account, the card is not automatically sent as the account is approved. This is done in order to ensure our customer will be able to access their funds regardless of having a card or not.

    Usually the card can be ordered from the online account once the account is approved.
