Not successful in withdrawing to FCIBC bank account for BARBADOS

Hi Everyone,
I haven't been using Payoneer much recently because I have a problem receiving fund into my First Caribbean International Bank account for Barbados.

If anyone on here was able to successfully add their account please let me. There is specific issue with for the Broad Street branch regarding the following information:
1. SWIFT code
2. Branch code
3. Bank code
