Payment sent to you currently on Hold

Hi friends,

I requested a payment from my client. He tried to make payment using his debit card. Firstly I saw a message in payment history that payment waiting for approval. After 24 hours I received an email that Payoneer has sent payer an email and requested further documentation. This is happening to me first time. I am using payoneer for last 3 years and did so many transactions.

Now please let me know is there any way to process payment ? Because my client is not comfortable in providing photos of debit card or ID etc. And I know no one send his/her detail that is sensitive.
