Unable to renew the card

My card will expire in 12/2017 and I can not reissue my card after completing the renewal form, this message is showing,
"We’re sorry but the system was not able to reissue the card. Please contact us through our Web Site so we can assist."
The contact link provided with it with the anchor text 'web site' is broken so I can not contact via that form. please help.

    If you are unable to renew the card from the self order function that appears in your Payoneer account, you can contact Payoneer support so they can assist you in manually ordering it.

    When contacting them for a manual reorder, make sure to mention the issue you experienced so the agent will know to assist you with the manual request.
