Euro card questions

I learned that we needed to get 50 euro transfer in order to activate the option. We should get the transfer from a company,? It can not be a friend since we need to fill an invoice?

2-I live in Turkey, the money transferred me as euro, will exchange into Turkish since sytstem allows only local money. If the money stays there until I receive the card( like one month), is there any possibility that the money goes back to person who send it to me?

    Hi,

    Any payment received through Payoneer should be of a service nature, meaning either from your client or employer. Receiving a transfer from a friend for the sake of ordering a card is forbidden. Any attempt to transfer a payment that goes against Payoneer's T&C may limit some of your account functions.

    If you received a payment that was loaded to the account, the funds will stay on the account until you utilize them. It is possible to send the funds back if there was any sort of disagreement on the service between you and the client.

    When the money arrives to my account, I will order a euro card, lets say I wait one month or 2 months until I get my prepaid card. By the way the money transferred to my account still waits there? or if I dont transfer it to my local bank in 7 days, the transfer will go back to sender?Can you say that my money can stay in my account now matter how long it is?

    The money stays in your account until the moment you wish to withdraw the funds. If you wish to withdraw the funds to your bank or wait until you activate the card, that is completely up to you.
