My account was approved but I did not receive my card

My payoneer account was approved and i received a mail confirming that my account was approved, but till date i have not received my card and no mail was sent to me about the shipment detail or whereabouts of the prepaid card. Also there is no place in my payoneer account to click to order for the card. Please help

    Hi @jamesmithceo,

    Setting up a Payoneer account makes it possible for you to being collecting your online payments at any time. The option to order a prepaid card or withdraw the funds directly to your bank becomes available once you begin receiving payments.

    If you require to have the card for immediate access to your payments, from the drop-down menu at the top of the account login page select the card balance for the currency card you wish to receive and click on "Order Card". After entering your shipping address and confirming your account details, your card order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email for the order.

    If you are unable to order the card on your own, please contact Payoneer support for assistance.
