typed wrong email address

Hello guys,

I just registreted here and nice to meet you:)



Recently i registreted an account in Payoneer, but i made stupid mistake - typed wrong email address (misslick add additional letter, that is not in my email, for example: [email protected]

>sunsh[email protected]) and of course didnt receive confirmation email.
I send ticket to Payoneer support.

May i ask you for some advice what to do - resend another ticket, or call them?

    Hello and welcome!

    Since you cannot get any confirmation email, you should directly contact our Support Center in order to verify what is the status of your application.
    If the account is approved, you can change the email address by login in to your online account (using the incorrect email address as your username) and there you will have the option to update it.

    But if for any reason you cannot login to your online account or if your account is still not approved, you can resolve this issue with the customer support.

    i contact the support center and the status of my application is "Resolved".
    i can login with the wrong email but i can't change it beecause i didn't confirmed my email.

    If your account is approved, you can change the email address, in case it is not working you should re-contact the support or apply for a new account.
