Payment Issue

I used to be a satisfied user of Payoneer, I even promote it to my friends and requested my client to send the payment through Payoneer until I encountered a problem with you, the payment was sent on Oct 27 and yet I still haven't received it. The payment is showing on my account with unknown status, it has (!) mark and I am wondering why you cannot just release the fund. I am so frustrated about this and will make sure to request for another method of payment to my client. This would be the last one Payoneer

    Hello

    My client tried to load my payment to my payoneer account but unfortunately it shows :" Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company"

    where's the problem and how can i solve it ?

    The loader needs to contact the card issuer because security restrictions have been implemented which blocked the transaction.
