It's unfortunate to hear that you didn't receive your payment transfer within the allocated time frame.
If you haven't reported the issue to Payoneer support yet, I highly recommend you do so so they are aware of the delay you are experiencing.The Payoneer team that reviews these inquiries will be sure to provide you with the relevant transfer information which you can provide to your bank. Make sure to follow their instructions and report any feedback you receive from the bank representative to Payoneer in order for them to be able to properly assist you with the issue.
