Delayed Bank Payment

    Hi, I have a problem

    first I get payment from the client via credit card (VISA) - Indonesia country,

    after that, i'm and my client got an email, asked to fill some documents (ID & copy of his credit card)
    all we have uploaded, but until now I have not received the money, this has been running for 3 days, and the client is very worried whether the transaction can be refunded if it fails? because given check the transaction had happened and the ballance on his credit card was already reduced,
    I tried to send emails to customer service via email but only received an automatic answer, I tried via chat but they only gave answer to wait and wait,but it's been 3 days, why the process is like holding my payment,

    Payment ID : 58119796
    Payment date : 11/14/17
    Payment status : missing informations please contact customers supports,

    But nothing best answer by customers supports,
    By email? Just have auto reply!
    By chat? Just told to wait and wait

    Hi there,

    Every payment received through Payoneer may undergo a short review process prior to it being credited to the account. While most reviews are concluded within a 24 hour period, some payments may go into an extended review where the payer or the receiver may be asked for additional information in regards to the payments.

    If that is the case, you should have already received an email advising you on this. If you are already in contact with the Payoneer support team, please follow their instructions in order to have the payment credited to your balance.
