can't login to new account

I started setting up a new account but, got interrupted. When I return and try to login, it doesn't accept my email address and password. I click the "forgot password" and received an email with a button to Reset Password. I click the button and it takes me to a page, that says my account setup isn't complete, with a "Contact" button. I click it and it requires me to login, which of course I cannot because it doesn't accept my password.

So, there seems to be a problem with how the system is set up. Can this be fixed, so I can continue registering my new account?
