A few questions

As new user I would like to know a few things before deciding if this service is convenient for me and re-routing part of my payments to you. For example can someone point me to the following information? ( I mean, some link to some official information, web page, user legal agreement, whatever I can read some clear and official answer)

1. I would like to know if it is possible and how to get a prepaid US based debit card in USD.
2. I need to know fees for the card, minimum balance, limits, etc.
3. Could I use a US physical address as the billing address (while I am currently living in another country)?
4. Could I fund the card by sending a transfer from one of my bank account?
5. I read somewhere that I could have a virtual account that could receive transfer from the US (I am invoicing clients in the US, and that could be useful, depending on the final costs)
6. What are the limits for transfers?

Thanks
dd

    HI @ddnexus,

    1. The Payoneer prepaid cards that are issued in most cases are done outside the United States unless the Payoneer applicants resides in the United States. At this time the prepaid cards come in the USD, EUR and GBP currency.

You might be required to receive a payment before the card order option becomes available. Regardless whether that is the case or not, all Payoneer cards are issued at no cost.

    1. All Payoneer card fees can be found in your Payoneer account, but you can get a general break down of this on the Payoneer website.

If you signed up through a website that pays through Payoneer, please note that the card fees may differ. While also viewable in your Payoneer account after applying, to view them advance you will need to contact the payout company where you will be withdrawing the funds from..

    1. Just like the every credit and debit card provider, the billing address for purchases must be your residential address as it appears in your account. This does not affect the shipping address where the merchant will ship the product, but whether or not it is available depends on the merchant.

    2. The Payoneer service is designed to assist its users in receiving payments for Freelance and eCommerce related services, meaning the payment must come directly from the source.
Funds deposited to your bank cannot be redirected to be loaded afterwards.

    3. It highly depends on how you receive the payments. If you are working on an individual client basis, you will need to send them a payment request via email to receive the payment.
If you are signed up with an online marketplace or are working directly with a business, they can perform a local bank transfer payment to the details provided which will then be loaded to your Payoneer account.

Click here to find more information on Payoneer's Billing Service.

When it comes to limits, whether it is card or bank, please contact Payoneer Support as the limits may vary depending on residential country or transfer destination.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.
