Can't Sign in & No one of support response from a week

Hello, I can't Signed in to my account and my password don't work and when trying to recover password using mobile, it says that the mobile number is wrong although I uses the right number so this way doesn't work. I tried to recover using Email and the same problem.

I contacted the Support from 6 days and no response.

Please help!!

    _wow the same as my account how is the wrong phone number coming up on everyone’s account? Something very wrong with this bank or it’s a scam. No reply to emails or help from customer service.
