attempted charge on my card

Hello, I have just received an email from Payoneer stating that there was an attempted charge on my card. I didn’t make that transaction. I find this transaction under "Pending Authorizations". It never happened before, and now my card is blocked. Will I lose that money from my account? What should I do now? Please help me!
