Account Blocked, No answer from the Tech Support

So, the 25 Nov 2017, Payoneer was saying that i need to change my password. It was done, but after 1 week of inactivity, i tried to re-log to my account. I forgot my "new" password, so i tried to change it again via the "forgot your password" option (via mail). I set-up a new password, but i didn't answer correctly to 1 of the 2 secret question.
my account is now blocked and i sent a mail to the technical support but no answer.
So, if a payoneer's technician coul help me, it will be great
