Payment Rejected is not rollback to the bank account

i made a self payment from my debit card(Powered By MasterCard) to My Payoneer Account. It was rejected from Payoneer due to violation of terms and conditions. Payoneer customer representative sent me a trace number to see the status of my Payment. But when i contacted the bank which issue me debit card and that debit card is linked with my bank account, they said they only trace the money which is made through credit card and in my case i made payment through debit card.

What is the solution of this problem ? almost 2 months has been passed and i am stuck .

The next best step would be to provide Payoneer support with an official statement from your card provider that indicates the funds have yet to be returned as well as any additional supporting information that can help Payoneer review your case.
