Am not getting any help from customer care

I was sent some money through my account linked to payoneer my employer confirmed that he sent the money through my email address but i havent received the money since 16 th this month.The customer service claims that i have another account of which i dont have any.They promised they will get back to me through an email not even today after a week.Am so dissapointed because they arent giving me any solution but asking me questions.

    This is part of the reason why Payoneer advises its users to only register a single Payoneer account as the issue you are describing is exactly the type of situation both the users and Payoneer try to avoid.

    I am not saying you did this intentionally or knowingly, but I can assure you that the Payoneer staff will take steps to ensure that you will have access funds as soon as possible.
