Not Received my payments

Hi,
Customer ID 10780742
One of client transferred 100$ to me. It shows withdrawal to my local banking. But still not received. As well I asked to change my bank details. Still stopped my previous bank details. My USD Balance gets disabled. Kindly inform when shall I clear all these issues.

    they are scammer you won't get it without contacting them min 10 times..this is business model of this comp
