Payoneer shipping problem!

I have use payoneer last 2.5 years. Recently I see a option a new cards on popup windows, and I click and order a new card. But I have not yet receive my new card. Is the problem for balanced availability. I see my currently available balance $21USD. And I always withdraw upwork/freelancer to payoneer on 25-30 date of month.

If your ordered card has not arrived, there is a good chance that either the card was lost in shipping or sent back to Payoneer by your local post office. Either there it's unfortunate when such delays occur.
You should be able to order a replacement card at no cost from your online access. If you are unable to see this function, you can contact Payoneer Customer Care directly for assistance with the new card order.
