Payment set to "Processing Card Load" this is really urgent we literally have nothing to eat...

Hi, this is 2nd time I'm having issues with payoneer, first time my payment was pending then rejected because system said my adress isn't correct but that's not true. They requested home bill picture wich I provided with the same adress as I typed. After rejection client didnt recieve his refund.
2nd time money was suposed to be charged from shutterstock wich again showed on my acc as pending saying "processing card load". Both of these sources of payment worked earlier (same client and same shutterstock bill).
I'm literally left with no buck and me and my family have nothing to eat. Today was the day I should pick the money from ATM.

I beg you resolve this as soon as possible I don't know what to do anymore....
