Card not recived

i have ordered a payoneer card in August 2012 but i have don't receive it and after this, i have register with another account but he is not confirmed because i have another account with same information. another problem i cant remember my password and when i would rest my password i see this message "Wrong details".
can you please give me the possibility to change my address and reorder the card and password ?

    If your card did not arrive in the estimated period, please contact our support about issuing a new card, you do not need to order a new card.


    You will not be able to reset your password for your account until you have the card in hand.
