is verifying paypal with payoneer still working

i tried to verify my paypal with payoneer but its not working ,i want to know if this is still working or not,please someone put me through ineed this done

You should be able to add your Global Payment Service details to your Paypal Account in order to withdraw your earnings. If you are unable to do this for whatever reason, we ask that you contact our support team directly
